InterCloud offers them a service-oriented platform to shape their connectivity in order to support existing or future cloud applications. With the first private connectivity platform designed for the cloud era, InterCloud helps enterprises solve security, performance and flexibility issues while leveraging multiple public clouds to support their business goals and IT strategy.

Founded in 2012 by Pierre-Henri Dentressangle (President) and Valérie Gombart (Chief Executive Officer), Hi Inov SAS is the venture capital arm of Dentressangle Initiatives. Its first fund Hi Inov 1, which most of the € 40m of capital results from industry and service entrepreneurs targets innovative young companies of the digital economy in e-services, mobile Internet, industrial Iot, retail technologies and SaaS dedicated to the digitization of large corporations. Since 2015, Hi inov has been managing the € 30m SNCF Digital Ventures fund, to invest in start-ups accelerating the digital mutation of SNCF group.

Equity investment are operated by Bpifrance Investissement. Bpifrance, a subsidiary of the French state and the Caisse des Dépôts and the entrepreneurs’ trusted partner, finances businesses from the seed phase to IPO, through loans, guarantees and equity investments. Bpifrance also provides operational services and strong support for innovation, export, and external growth in parnertship with Business France.

This €10M investment is a new milestone for InterCloud in its ambition to expand internationally while also extending its innovative cloud connectivity platform. The demand for their service is booming, driven by the increasingly global implementation of cloud services by enterprises. Faced with performance and security issues, large corporations now have a unified delivery solution for all of their cloud services
