By capitalizing on the technological expertise and unique positioning of the Lille-based proptech, Odealim is expanding its offering in terms of protection against the risk of non-payment and thus strengthening its national leadership in the rental management market. This natural merger guarantees Cautioneo valuable support for the continuation of its strong growth.

Now the majority shareholder of Cautioneo, Odealim is injecting funds allowing the startup to accelerate its rapid growth strategy.
